On Thursday I took my Praying Mantis to school. It was an African Praying Mantis. Benjamin took his Praying Mantis to school too. He had lots of them. His ones were green but my one was brown. He had a pregnant one, it was fat. He had a New Zealand one, it was fat too.
What a great photo. Those praying mantis are big! There are some books in the library about praying mantis. You could get one out and find out some more interesting facts about them.
